A recent study shows that only one in eight Americans are metabolically healthy. In the U.K. it is estimated that up to two-thirds of adults with a ‘normal’ BMI may have metabolic illness.

And the outward signs of Metabolic Syndrome are not always obvious. There is no such thing as a healthy weight, only a healthy individual.

In this talk, I will be describing how metabolic health is compromised, look at how it can be measured and also what you can do about it.
